We ran 8 cohorts. We backed 58 startups across 14 countries. We built one of the most active operator networks in Asia and a portfolio that peaked at $330M+ in combined valuation. We accelerated, advised, and invested in Web3, SaaS, and AI companies from -1 to 0. We built global networks across India, Singapore, Southeast Asia, and beyond.

And we watched closely. What worked. What didn't. What separated the companies that broke through from the ones that stalled.
