Do you take equity in every engagement?
For idea-stage and early-stage co-builds, yes — equity alignment is how we ensure we only take work we believe in. For GCC and growth-stage engagements, no. The model is designed so equity applies only where it makes sense.

What if we already have some development capacity?
We can augment — fill gaps, add specialisations, surge for a launch sprint. It doesn't have to be a full co-build from scratch.

How quickly can you start?
Senior capacity available within 1–2 weeks depending on specialisation needed. The first conversation can happen today.

Is GCC setup only for large companies?
No. We work with companies from Series B upward who are ready to build a permanent India presence. The MicroGCC model (10–50 person innovation hubs) is specifically designed for growth-stage companies, not enterprises.

What's the equity structure for co-build engagements?
Founders typically retain 60–80% equity post-studio. Terms are negotiated at the start of each engagement — never retroactively. We offer founder-friendly terms with clear exit strategies designed from day one.
